Park Slope Residence

Brooklyn, New York

Located in the historic district of Park Slope, this 19th century brownstone still has many of the original wood carved Victorian details. Our renovation took care of, among other things, modernizing the infrastructure. We coordinated for a new central A/C, new electrical wiring, sound system, etc throughout all four floors. The garden level was completely reconfigured to accommodate a new kitchen with a breakfast nook and a dining room. The parlor level contains the main living space and a study. The bedrooms are on the top two floors.
